Sarawak Economic Development Corp (SEDC) has awarded a RM68 million job to Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd’s (CMS) unit to design, construct and complete an 11-storey SEDC office building at the Isthmus on Lot 2878 Block 7, Muara Tebas Land District, Kuching. CMS said the contract is for 24 months, starting 14 days after the date of building plan approval from Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Utara.
As at yesterday, the building plan approval is still pending.
