Eco World to launch third EcoSky tower

KUALA LUMPUR: Two of the three residential towers of Eco World Development Sdn Bhd’s maiden development, the RM1bil EcoSky along Jalan Ipoh here, have been fully taken up since the launch in December.

Eco World said in a statement that the third tower, Clarita, would be launched this month.

Yesterday Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor officiated at the groundbreaking ceremony of this integrated and sustainable project.

Also present at the 9.6-acre freehold EcoSky project site in Taman Wahyu was Kuala Lumpur mayor Datuk Seri Ahmad Phesal Taib.

Set in an urban resort-style environment, the all-encompassing development also includes modern office spaces and over 100 retail outlets for shopping, dining and entertainment.

In his welcoming address, Eco World Development chairman Tan Sri Abdul Rashid Abdul Manaf said EcoSky was a groundbreaking project that would redefine city living in line with the group’s development concept of 360° living.

“This concept of 360° living represents our commitment to sustainable development and the creation of a truly holistic offering which is capable of fulfilling our customers’ lifestyle needs and aspirations within a single location,” he said.

Abdul Rashid said EcoSky, located minutes away from the city centre, aimed to deliver convenience in “every possible way.”

“We are also committed to delivering an experience to our residents that will be unique to all EcoWorld environments − a sense of fulfilment, peace of mind and security,” he added.
